Etsy shop of the week

With November upon us and Christmas barreling down hard, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about gift ideas.  Etsy is the perfect place to shop!  Not only are you getting something handmade (which always has an air of novelty about it), or in this case – vintage,  you’re putting money right into someone’s pocket and not the pocket of some large chain store.  This weeks featured Etsy shop, Adventures in Vintage, has a whole host of wonderful vintage items that would make great, affordable gifts for those who like the whimsy of retro items.  I swear my mom used to own half of this stuff.  Too bad she didn’t hold on to it and make money off it later!
