I’m leavin’ on a jet plane!

I wish I could say I don’t know when I’ll be back again because that would imply that I’m independently wealthy and can be gone for as long as I like (soon, soon!). But alas, I do have a return flight scheduled.

Anyway, the manfriend and I are off to Mexico! Yes, yes, I know. We’ll try to avoid getting shot or kidnapped. And at least we’re on the pacific side, so that nasty oil spill shouldn’t be too much of a bother.

I am so PUMPED to go on vacation. It’s been a long, long time, my friends. See, to me a vacation involves NO obligations whatsoever. Therefore trips that have been taken to see friends or family don’t count. While those trips have been great (don’t get your knickers in a twist – there’s no offense intended), I need a beach, warm water, and pina coladas. The last time a trip like that happened was 11 years ago. No, I’m not kidding.

Therefore, I will be off the grid for a while folks. Below are some links to recent posts so you can catch up on anything you might have missed recently here on Perpetual Ramblings. See you on the flip side!

  • About Me

My mother is an encyclopedia of useless information (sorry, ma, but it's true) - no one can beat her at Trivial Pursuit. As I age, I become more like dear old mom everyday. I routinely tell people about resources, recipes, tips, tricks, or websites I've heard about, tried, live by, etc. until one of my clients urged me to start a blog. So here it is! My perpetual ramblings. I hope you find them useful and amusing. If you don't, you can either keep it to yourself or leave me a well constructed critique.

I'm a former massage therapist, a freelance journalist, and a web information architect and UX designer. I enjoy yoga, the Bar Method, camping, reading, gardening, and spending time with my friends and loved ones. I live in Colorado.
