5 things I’m loving right now

  1. Love-FireThe water pressure in my shower. It’s perfect!
  2. Reminders of things once known. I used to be pretty strict paleo and, for several reasons, I strayed from that a couple of years ago. I’m currently doing a program called Lean in 13 and it’s reminded me that my body prefers a low-carb lifestyle. I feel better (less tired and sluggish) when I’m eating fewer carbs.
  3. Planning vacations to come and dreaming of the possibilities.
  4. This salad. So, so good and refreshing.
  5. That this is a short week followed by a long weekend.
