Well, it’s Tuesday, so I’m running a bit late with this! This week is insane. Work all day and then something to do every evening. Busy can be good, but it can also be exhausting! Here I am, the week’s barely started, and I’m ready for Friday evening to be here! This past weekend was pretty busy as well. And HOT. So hot it was almost unbearable to be outside. But there was plenty to love about it!
- A fun happy hour with co-workers to kick off the weekend.
- Getting my hair did by Eddie at Pompadours. That man is wonderful!
- Browsing around and checking out all of the lovely things at Rebecca’s Apothecary.
- Plowing through season three of True Blood with the manfriend.
- Afternoon naps. There’s no better activity when it’s blazing hot outside!
My mother is an encyclopedia of useless information (sorry, ma, but it's true) - no one can beat her at Trivial Pursuit. As I age, I become more like dear old mom everyday. I routinely tell people about resources, recipes, tips, tricks, or websites I've heard about, tried, live by, etc. until one of my clients urged me to start a blog. So here it is! My perpetual ramblings. I hope you find them useful and amusing. If you don't, you can either keep it to yourself or leave me a well constructed critique.
